Payment to Kāpiti Chess Club bank account number 06 0730 0064954 00. Include your “Name” & “Rapid” as reference.
Use online entry form to enter.
New Zealand chess players who participate in any NZCF rated event must be a member of a chess club that is affiliated or associated with NZCF (New Zealand Chess Federation). The Mount Maunganui RSA Chess Club offers memberships that fulfill this requirement from just $20 per year.

Eligibility
Open to all players.
Players must have FIDE ID issued by their chess federation.
Format
6 round Swiss tournament, games may be FIDE rapid rated.
Time Controls
25 minutes each player plus 5 seconds increment per move from move one.

Prize fund of $1,500 in the following categories:

- B Grade
- C Grade
- Junior over 12 and under 20
- Junior under 12
- Top Kāpiti Player (Flora Paul Memorial Trophy)
PLEASE NOTE:
- No player may claim more than one prize.
- In the event of a tie, prize money will be shared.
